Terms & Conditions

Consultations are essential to a successful first and subsequent treatment plan. Please allow an extra 5 minutes before your treatment time to fill out any forms and have a much earned cup of tea/coffee/water/herbal tea.

We reserve the right to charge a fee if less than 24 hours notice is given for the cancellation of a treatment. If less than 24 hours, and the appointment cannot be filled, you may be subject to a full charge of the appointment.

Courses must be paid for, in full, on the first treatment. These are valid for 12 months from purchase. Money is non-refundable.  

Bookings for bridal and day spa packages that require a compulsory 50% deposit, may lose the deposit paid depending on the reason for cancellation. This is at the managers disgression.

Gift Vouchers are available from reception. A perfect gift for family and friends to the value of your choice. These are strictly valid for three months only. There will be no extension on this time span. The Gift Voucher may not be exchanged for cash.

We are pleased to have facilities for disabled use. Please call if you require any information.

Due to the nature of our environment, please be courteous to others that may be relaxing in the treatments rooms, especially regarding mobile phones. Please keep them switched off whilst in the salon.

We are unable to accept liability for loss or damage for your personal items.

Patch tests are required 24 hours before eyelash extentions, eyelash perming and tinting.

Methods of payment include gift vouchers, loyalty card, cheque, cash, debit or credit card.

We constantly run promotions and special offers in the salon. Please ask your therapist about these offers. If you wish to be put on our database or email offers, for promotional events and discounts, please speak to the reception staff.

All personal details taken during a clients consultation will be kept in the strictest confidence.

Clients must be aged 16 and over. If younger clients wish to have suitable treatments, a parent is required to be present and sign a consent form. 

Small children are not permitted in the Salon due to the strict Health & Safety Policies and no insurance cover for under 16 years old.

Some treatments may not be available due to staff changes.
