Cleanse, tone, scrub away dead skin cells. Massage to stimulate facial blood flow, then a mask is applied to suit your skin type and finally a moisturiser to hydrate and bring your skin back to life.

Skin IQ - 25 min - £30

The back is cleansed and exfoliated – the back is then massaged to relax and relieve tension and improve circulation.
(can be extended to a full body massage – 1 hour - £50)

Total Time Out Body Therapy - 55mins - £55

The back is cleansed and exfoliated to remove dead cells. A mud mask is applied to improve texture. A luxury 20 minute back massage to relax the muscles then, finally, a mini-facial to complete this rejuvenating treatment.

Hand Grooming – 30 mins - £25

Hands are exfoliated, cuticles are trimmed, nails are shaped and buffed. Finishing with a luxurious hand and arm massage.

Feet Grooming – 30 mins

Feet are soaked in therapeutic aromatherapy warm water. They are treated to an energising scrub, the cuticles are trimmed and the nails cut to your requirements. Feet and lower leg are then massaged to complete this treat.
