Spa Etiquette....

• Please arrive for your treatment fifteen minutes before your appointment to check in and change in to robe and slippers, for your comfort during your time of relaxation.
• If you are using the spa lounge area, please bring a swimsuit with you, so you can enjoy the Far Infra Red Sauna and Rain Shower.
• Arriving late will limit your appointment time.Your treatments will end on time so the next client is not delayed.
• As the spa lounge is a place of pease and tranquillity, please ensure all mobile phones are switched off.
• Please notify your therapist of any special health considerations before commencing your treatments.
• Shower facilities and towels are available with complimentary toiletries.
• Small groups can use the spa lounge while waiting for their treatments. Refreshments are available and Spa Cuisine is available with Full Day Spa Packages.
• A deposit of 50% is requested with all Spa Packages at the time of booking. If less than 24 hours then full payment is required.
• We do operate a cancellation policy, therefore if you wish to alter or cancel your appointment, we respectfully ask for at least 24 hours notice, or a fee of 50% will be charged or your deposit lost. If less than 24 hours notice a full charge will be incurred, unless the appointment can be filled. 
• Treatment prices are subject to change without notice.Due to change of therapists, not all treatments may be available.
  
• Although we are a disabled freindy salon, the spa is situated on the third floor and may be difficult for some people to climb the stairs.
• We are unable to accept liability for any loss or damage to personal items. Please keep them safe at all times.
